Well, after a long wait the eaglet returned this morning at 9:38. The Official Fledge was correct yesterday. We are so thrilled to have closure to the event and expect the other to take flight soon too. Thank you all for keeping tabs on the progress of our eaglets.

Well Luke seemed relieved to have his sister back! ( As we all are )
Note how he put his wing around Lilly when she landed. Very touching! Then it seemed as if he went into a sulk possibly thinking : " You are selfish to go and leave me up here!" " I was lonely and got concerned for you." " We should make a plan so next time we'll fledge together! " " Just don't leave me again! ".........
